I would like any info on a child I placed for adoption 22 years ago in Cleveland, Ohio. I believe the facility had Luthern in its name. The child, a boy, was born on New Years day, in the noon hour. He spent a few days at Rainbow Childrens for jaundice. He was with me for about 6 wonderful months before being placed. He was named Stephen Xavier, but am sure that is changed. I remember being allowed to write a letter to the child, but I can't remeber if it was delivered to the adopting family. He had very dark curly hair, dimple. He was a very happy baby. The adopting family might have lived in Lakewood. My name is Mary Jo (Josephine) Pusateri Martin. I am 40. I have brown curly hair wiht red in it. I have a smaller frame, two dimples. No outward birthmarks. I stand about 5'2. The birth father is 41. He had dark very curly hair, Italian decent(not full) he now stands about 5'8. He is of a stocky build. His name is Emil James Hlucky. We both lived in Seven Hills, Ohio, and then I lived in Independence Ohio and Garfield Hts , Ohio. I now live in Medina, Ohio.
