I gave birth to a baby girl on April 13, 1992 in St Louis, MO. I named her KateLynn Marie. She was named Rachel by her adoptive parents. I used Children's Home Society in St Louis, MO for the adoption. I know that her adoptive parents were trying to adopt another child at one point, but don't know if they did or not.
