Looking for my biological Grandparents. My father was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 27 October 1954. He lived in an orphanage until approximately 8 months old. His name is Clen Simmons Humphrey, Jr. and his adoptive parents were Clen Simmons Humphrey, Sr, and Barbara Humphrey. This is the only information I have. I'm 19 years old and have very few living relatives. I would very much like to meet and have a relationship with my biological grandfather and my biological grandmother.
