I am searching for my birth mother, and any siblings. I was born on February 2, 1959 in a Montreal hospital. I was named David. I understand that my birth mother was a young woman from Ontario. She may have been a nurse, or nursing student at the time. I was raised in Montreal, and moved to Ottawa in 1989 to work. I am a married professional with children, and I am interested in learning about my medical history. I do not want to cause any upset, or intrude in anyway.
