I was Born In Hemet June 3rd 1986. Possibly under the last name Browning / Carter. It was rumored that I had a younger sibling born a few years after me I did a search for information with the last names my birthday and the year range of when the sibling was born. I got one. A child with the last name Browning / Carter ( parents) was born June 3rd 1986 and a Michelle Renee Browning /Carter was born June 26th 1991. My main goal beginning this journey was mainly to find her and see how she is and if she knows I exsist, but I just turned 23, the age my mother was at the age f my adoption and my perspective has changes and I am curios to find my Birth family as a whole if they are willing to. It was a closed adoption, the judge who did the adoptions was last name Lee, in Riverside County, possibly Indio division. My Name now is courtney ann Ligman adopted by Jan and Rick ligman. please help me with suggestions on doing a private search on my own because i am struggling enough to pay my bills and school. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
