searching for biological brother, steven, dob 11/2/71. I was adopted with 2 brothers and my adoptive parents would have taken the third brother but another family was already in the process of adopting him. mother's maiden name was carol sue echols. myself and the 2 brothers adopted with me were all born at cleveland metropolitan general hospitalm at the time we were placed in foster care we wee in columbiana county and steven was staying with one of biological mothers' aunts. we went into the foster care system in 1973. richard, david, and myself were adopted in 1975, through cathlic social services.. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
