I am looking for information on a William J Beasley nickname Bud, and sometimes called Willie. Who lived in Springfield Illinois when his son Willis Alfred Beasley was born May 8, 1877. He should appear on the census in Sangamon Co Illinois in 1870 and or 1880 and possible 1890 Can anyone do a lookup that has access to Illinois census? Does anyone have these names in their line? William J was likely married to a Clark. Don't know her first name but she was probably a sister to Tom Clark. William J Beasley's parents were Also Watson Beasley and Charlotta __________. Also was born in Va and moved to Alabama where he had land patents in 1835 and 1838. I have no parent names for Also Watson Beasley but I suspect his mother might have been a Watson due to his middle name. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am stuck!!!
