Caucasion female blonde hair, blue eyes, looking for birth parents. Possibly half brother as well. I have an amended birth certificate that says I was born January 22, 1984 around 6pm in Weatherford, OK. But I believe I was born in Oklahoma City, OK. I was adopted in March 1984 by Wilks. Lived in a foster home and was called Katie. This could be my original name.
