I am searching for my father's birth mother. My father, Raymond Stamm (name was probably changed) was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 1, 1947. He is a white male. He was adopted around age 2 by Raymond & Edith "Peggy" Stamm. He was in an orphanage as a baby, we think. His birth certificate said the father was unknown.
