I am looking for a branch of my family that we cannot find. The story as my grandfather has told me is that his gggrandfather was orignally from new york state and had 4 other brothers, he says that they lived on a large farm given to the family when we orignally came over from england, he said we were allowed to keep it because the family gave up all ties to the crown (he doesn't know what but we had some sort of royal connection) and fought for the revolution. He said that our branch headed west (he is orignally from colorado) and some where throughout the years we lost the names and the location of this farm and these members of our family. The family name is Simpson, and Seth has been a first or middle name for the last few generations. Any information would be great. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
