Birth parents and any siblings if they exist. Was born 8/29/67 at KSB Hospital/Dixon Hospital. Apparently I was born 2-4 weeks early too. Dr. Sam/Steve? Adler was the delivering doc. Later in life I did learn that my birth mother was 23 when she had me. I was originally told that parents were thought to be 16/17 years of age. I was never told what agency it was or if it was a private adoption. I contacted Catholic charities and they do not believe they handled my adoption. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
