-BirthMother-Birthfather-Any siblings or any information-BORN 02/12/70 I think at Dominican Hospital Soquel CA Santa Cruz, CA and was told they may be portuguese, irish, american, etc. I was told they were students and I am pretty sure the last name on my origial birth certificate was SOUZA because of searching the CA Birth index for that date and city and only three other males were born that day-My father left me a note I was told and I am blonde with blue eyes and tan skin and 6'3'' I was adopted by Donna and John Jorgensen at 2 wks of age through the CHILDRENS HOME SOCIETY of CA-I was told that my birthparents were together and that they may have originally been from somewhere in the north and travelled to CA to hide the pregnany and give birth and then went back home maybe-PLEASE HELP!!! you can reach me on facebook under Erik Jorgensen or 7708826345!
