Hi, I am researching my sister's husbsnd's line surname Alexandro. John Castro Alexandro, b 1907 Rosario, De Santa Fe, Argentine and came to the U.S. about 1920 or 1930. His paternal side is : father, Manuel Alexandro b. circa 1880 in San Remo, Italy. G. father, Lucaz Alexandro b. Italy (m. Eucevia or Eucrvia Elizalde). John's mother, Margarita Castro b. circa 1885 in Spain. G. mother,Jesucila ?? (m. Priciliano Castro). The Alexandro family may have owned a soft drink company abt 1900 near Rosario or Buenos Aires. John 1907 was m. to ?? and had at least one child in Argentina and became disconected from the family. He had a sister, Ruth. As a young man he may have served as a valet to Blasco Ybanez.
