ISO birth relatives. I was born in Brownsville Tx on 10/11/69. I am a male, look Hispanic (not sure) I was delivered by a midwife. The midwifes name is Andrea Torres and her husbands name is Jose Cayetano Torres. The midwife and her husband adopted me at birth. They were quite up there in age when they adopted me. They died by the time I was 9 years old. I was later re-adopted by another couple. I heard there may be a sister also. I am in desperate need of medical info.
