I am searching for my birth mother. I was born in Poughkeepsie, NY at Vasaar hospital on 10/24/69. The adoption was a private adoption, handled by an attorney named Rose Baum-Kraut. I know very little about my birth mother. According to non-identifying information records that I obtained, she was 18, Roman Catholic; she was unable to care for me, and was encouraged by her mother to give me up for adoption.
