I am searching for any information about my mother's birth parents. My mother died in 1969 and I am her youngest child. I want to know all I can about her birth family. Mother was born 12/28/1922 or 1923. I have been told in Memphis TN. She was adopted by Charles Eric Dye and Dorothy Lucille Dye from the MS Delta. Lucille Dye's brother told my siblings the story that my mother's father was a doctor and her mother was his nurse. I have mother's death certificate and want to search but I don't know where to begin. Everyone that may have known anything are deceased. I am the youngest of 5 children that she had. ** I would also like to find the son she had and gave up for adoption in Pascagoola MS. I understand she was 18 years old and moved to the coast from the Delta and gave him up when he was born.
