I was born in Wellington on 7 June 1977, and I was adopted by an English family. My natural mothers name is Roseanne, I believe the surname may be Sparks or Sparkes, not sure?, residing maybe Waikato area of NZL?. I have I believe a half brother called Tony, and another brother that may be called Chris, not sure again on the details of this. However, I am actually trying to locate my natural grandfather, who I am afraid I do not know the name of, but I am assuming he if he is still alive will be living in or around the Wellington area. I have been keen to find him for a longtime now, and realise that I may be to late. A lot of questions need to be answered, and I need closure on so much that my natural mother was unable to give to me when we were in touch many years ago, which unfortunately fell through. I know that my natural grandfather tried to keep me in NZL, but was not allowed to, due to laws, whatever the issues where back then. My grandfather I would like to be in touch with, as I know in myself he tried but in vain to keep me. As I know it, I am quartre Maori, Portugese, English and a ?/confusion over the the remaining blood. I have black hair, brown eyes, olive skin colour, slim build. I know that one of my half brother "Chris" who is said to be several years younger than me, is totally different looking, with blue eyes and blonde hair, this may jog someones memory??, as being somewhat out of place, and that my adoptive parents did try to adopt him as well, however, he had underlying issues that prevented my adoptive parents from adopting him. I now reside in England, but at 32 I still have many questions about my history and culture which is literally holding me back, and has done for years. I would like to put this to rest once and for all, and it would be most satisfying to find my grandfather / grandparents or any information about him / them.
