Searching for birth parents from Marble Falls or Burnet, Texas. I was born January 10th, 1983 at the Sheppard Memorial Hospital in Burnet. I was told that both my parents were young. Dr. Scott Liggett was the delivering doctor. I was adopted quickly with a private lawyer, not thru an agency. I was told my mother was light-headed and approximately 15-16 years old at the time.
