I am looking for my birth mother. My name is Jeffrey Cook. I was born on July 2, 1968 at St. Lukes Hospital in Houston, Texas at 3:10 pm. Dr. Bancroft was the delivering doctor. It was a private adoption. If I was a girl, I would have gone to another family. I left the hospital at 3 days old with the family that adopted me, Johnny and Susan Cook.
