Seeking Talkington family line from Burnt Prairie Ill 1800's. Daniel and Susie Talkington. Children, Dora,Luie B, Robert, Maude, Dollie. Dollie was born 1894. She was my grandmother. Gave birth to Dorothy in 1916. Was listed as widow Dollie Walter in 1920. Living with Brother in law Frank Trousdale and sister Maude. Frank and Maude married Oct 14 1894. Dollie was living with them in Winchester Ill in 1920 with her 3y11mo old daughter Dorothy Walter. Dollie became pregnant with my mother in Sept 1920. Gave birth in May 1921 in St. Louis Mo. at St. Ann's Orphanage. Gave her up for adoption. Dollie was working in Ill Womens College in 1930. Her daughter Dorothy was living with Frank and Maude Trousdale In Cape Girardeau Mo and named in the 1930 census as Dorothy Trousdale. She was 14y/o. Trying to fine my lost family. Robert married Helen Garett and had three children. Robert D, Vern R and Cloe J. Dora married George Luther Conner around 1900. Later moved to DeLand Ill. Children unknown. Anyone with information about the decendants of Robert D Talkington dob 1920, Vern R, dob 1918 or Cloe J,dob1923, please contact me. I believe Dollie married again and was living in Texas in the 1930's. I believe she married Earl Hobson and had another daughter by the name of Blanch Elizabeth Hobson in 1932.
