I am searching for my half-brother who was adopted in 1957 or 1958 in Arkansas. His name was Robert Franklin Wooten at that time. He was born 3/1/1955 to Mildred Carson Wooten and James Wooten. When his father died in 1955, our mother moved us to several different places in and around Parkin, Arkansas until Child Welfare Services took us and the other 4 siblings and placed us in foster care in 1956. I was the oldest (16 years old) and was never adopted. I took care of the 5 younger kids when our mother often left us alone for days at a time. I have found the oldest two half-brothers and the two half-sisters. Now I would like to find Robert to reunite our family again. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
