I am looking for the family of Condy/Cornelius Gallagher b. abt. 1842. He came from County Donegal to New York somewhere around the late 1860s or so. I do know his father's name was Philip as he showed up in the census living with Condy and his wife. His wife's name was Anna Whalen/Whelen and she was from New York. I assume that they were married in New York because the first 2 children were born there. Children born in NY were Philip 1873 and Grace 1875. They then were in Carbon County, Lansford area and had Bridget 1876 who married a Doyle; Annie 1879; John Patrick Gallagher 1881; Roseanne 1883 Gallagher who married James Treston; Hanna Gallagher 1885; Mary Gallagher 1887 who married Emmet Doherty; Frances Gallagher 1889 who married William Redgate and last Conrad Gallagher 1892. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
