Female adoptee is searching for birth family. Birth father's sir name was Mathis. Adoptee was born in Peoria, Illinois March 21, 1958. She had a birth mark; a red blotch on her left hand by her thumb. Birth father was 18, and birth mother was 17. They were married. Birth parents were brought up in a childrens' home, probably the Florence Crittenton Home in Peoria. Adoptee's birth name was Jacquelyn Mathis. Any information on birth parents, siblings, etc, would be appreciated.
