My name is Sherwin Jacobson. I am researching my family (Motew) from around Odessa Russia area. I am the grandson of Jules Motew and Ida Becker. Jules parents were Solomon Moteff and Sylvia unknown last name. My grandmother Ida Becker’s parents were Isaac Becker and Laya unknown last name. Jules had the following siblings; Peter, and Max. Ida had 11 brothers who died early and one who we think was named Gersch Becker. Ida was the youngest of the children. Jules and Ida had the following children Celia (Sylvia), Max, Anne (Chana), and Rose. I know that I am related at least to the Motew, Becker, Moteff, and Kravitz families.
