Query Text: |
Does anyone know the origin or meaning of the DILBA surname? It is extremely difficult to find information on this surname. The spelling almost always differs and there seems to be no root spelling that is agreed upon. My Great-Great-Great-Grandmother was Minerva/Manerva Dilba born about 1842 in Missouri. Her spouse was [George] Robert Callaway/Calloway. Their first child was born about 1858 in Iron County, MO. I can't find anything on her nor her family, not even any concrete information about the surname! Can anyone help??? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
