Looking for information on my GGG Grandparents. Thomas Jasper my GG Grandfather, born 1812 Pulaski Co KY, lived most of his life in Quincy Illinois and who died there December 26 1880, had a brother named George Jasper, born Kentucky who died around the 10th November 1883 Charleston AR. On the 1880 census George (75 yrs) and Elizabeth (63 yrs) lived Charleston AR. Said that George's father came from Ireland and his mother came from Georgia. Said George was a farmer. If anyone could tell me about George's parents, my GGG grandparents, or about his siblings I would appreciate it very much. I have been unable to find out anything about Thomas before his marriage to Mary Ann Frazier. Sources for the information about George Jasper are Quincy newspaper archives, Quincy Whig Nov. 15, 1883 page 8 and Quincy Daily Whig Nov. 11, 1883 page 3, and the 1880 Census. Thank You. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
