I am the great granddaughter of William Pinckney Caldwell born about 1835 in SC. died 20 Aug 1876. He was in the Civil War, enlisted in Rome, GA, was wounded, lost an arm, was a POW. Had a sister, Nancy and brother John. He is buried in the New Bethel Cemetery in Silver Creek, GA which is near Rome, GA. He was married to Mary Frances Gossett. Their children were Julia LaNora (my grandmother), Martha Ella and William Albert Caldwell. I'm looking for the parents of William Pinckney, Nancy and John Caldwell and also information on William Albert Caldwell. Please help me if you can.
