Hello. My name is Kyle Rambo. My great grandmother was Margie Marie (Boyd) Rambo, born December 4, 1924 in Bulls Gap, Tennessee, and she died on June 3, 1994 in Dayton, Ohio. Her parents were Porter Franklin Boyd, born June 14, 1879 in Greene County Tennessee, died on September 1, 1966 in Greeneville, Tennessee, and Mary Bell (Seay) Boyd, born November 21, 1890 in Hawkins County, Tennessee, died March 11, 1975 in Rogersville, Tennessee. Porter and Mary were married on September 1, 1905 in Hawkins County. They had 11 children altogether, including an infant son that died. The ten surviving children were: Annia Bell (Boyd) Ward, Ninnie Dell (Boyd) Bell, Dortha Mae "Dorthy" (Boyd) Thacker, William Franklin "Bill" Boyd, Opal Lucille Boyd, Margie Marie (Boyd) Rambo (My great grandmother), Beulah Beatrice (Boyd) Lumpkins, Floyd Hoover Boyd, Myrtle Ruth (Boyd) Wise and Lissie Frances (Boyd) Paul.
