Hi, i'm looking for my older brother he was born in August 10th 1992 at Lehigh Valley Hospital in PA to Elizabeth Yetter.He was given away a day after the birth and his name on the original birth certificate is Arthur Richard Yetter the 4th, my mother believes that the adopting parents have named him Taylor.
