Searching half brother Mark(Tuggle) Ortiz. He was fathered by my dad in 1951-1954 in St. Louis Mo. His birth mother,Gloria, worked at Concordia Publishing in St. Louis. Both his biological father, Claude (Bob) Tuggle and his adoptive father, John Ortiz, worked at Hager Hinge from the late '40s through my fathers death in 1979. I met Mark when we were both about 5yrs old and again at our fathers (Claude Tuggle) funeral in St. Louis in 1979. I know he would want to meet me again, but I have exhausted all avenues, so far.
