Boy born 9/15/62 in maternity home. Adopted through Catholic Charities Eastern Region. Birth mother was 18 at time of birth and of Italian descent. Birth mother described as talented at musical instrument, excellent cook and employed as office worker. Birth mother blind in one eye due to childhood accident. She was second oldest of five children and described large close-knit Italian family. She had fiance stationed overseas at time of pregnancy. Birth father was 28 yrs old, of Irish descent and unemployed.
