i have been trying to found out more history on my family dont know much with regards to my dads side his name was david jarmen hall but not to sure about the middle name jarmen .he was born 18th march 1897 so i was told. He died 1978 in essex.which also gave that date of birth but said that he was born in kent. so i sent for a birth cert but date was wrong so could`nt have been kent area,i know that he married in 1950 to a G Phipps in essex but dont know anything before that he was a lot older than my mother ,hoping that if anybody knows of him to contact me ,i was told he had romani blood,i do remmeber that he use to have a old horse & trap ,we always had horses i was born in 1962 & we lived in essex area hope there is someone out there who is searching their history who maybe able to help.thanks | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
