 Searching for birth father. Female, born St. Joseph's Hospital, Tacoma, WA, 18 Jan 1947 (1/18/1947), birth mother was Betty Jane Ledford. Birth father possibly Charles Maguire, born around 1920, perhaps in Texas. May have lived in the Vancouver, WA area from 1946 to death. Rumored to have died in early 1970s in Portland VA Hospital. Child adopted by Walter & June (Ledford) Griffin, birth certificate 356 (may refer to adoption file, not sure). Adoption in Vancouver?
