I am searching for my birth family. I am a female that was born on February 11, 1961, at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. According to information I found, my birth mother's name was either Nancy or Hazel Scott. My birth father, Billy Phillips, was of Irish descent and originally from Alabama. He owned a restaurant on Western Avenue. I was told that I have three half-brothers, children from my birth mother's marriage.
