I am wondering if my father's Uncle Louis married while in Venezuela and/or ever had children there. He worked for Standard Oil but was there long enough to become naturalized. Finally remaining in the States in his early 50's. He was there often from age 30 onward. Likely in places that had refineries and towns near th port of maracaibo.
