I was born on November 8, 1964 at Carmel area hospital. I am told I have 2 older sibilings that were very young at time of birth. I was adopted to a couple. Thier last name was Wagner. He was a officer in the Army. Their names are Bob and Pat. There has not been a day or night in my life since I was six that I did not want to find all of you. If anyone has any Information, please email me. I have exhausted all possibilities to get any Info from the State. I do not even have a name. All I know is My biological Father was a photographer and my Biological Mother worked in a law office, both in Monterey/Carmel Area. Any Info from anyone would help.
