I am searching for my birth mother and father along with any siblings I may have. I was born (a girl) December 7,1967 at Illinois Research Hospital in Chicago, IL (Cook County). My adoptive mother told me that my birth mother was eighteen years old when she had me, and was a single, unwed mother from Quincy, IL(Adams County). Her parents had sent her to Chicago to have me.
