Searching for daughter I gave up for adoption, born January 22, 1982 at the hospital on the water in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada by Dr. Orr. She was 7 lbs 11 oz as best as I recall and in the NICU for some blood issues. My name was then Roxanna Lynne Kelcheski, now Kemppainen, recently moved from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, USA to Iron Mountain, Michigan. I was 14 at the time of the birth. I heard she was adopted by a couple in their 30's, living in Canada but possibly moving to California, this is what the Dr. told me. I remember signing papers at a nearby attorney's and also visiting the nearby adoption agency near Queen St., signing a form that stated she could be able to find me when she turned 18 if she wished. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
