My name is Sunny not sure how to spell it in Korean, I'm searching for family and my mother who in 1978 got run over by a truck on a busy street in front of our house in a country in Seoul, Korea in a old style korean custom home. We lived by Clara her family had a strawberry farm behind our house. Across the street was a farm in the summer he grew lettuce. I had one sister, two brothers, and another brother on the way. my grandmother had a aunt and her son stay with her, they lived in what looked to be korean style built homes all looking the same many rooms with large gas coal burning kitchens that boiled corn often and made thin round rolled out bread. My one aunt face is very thin with a very pointy sever chin. We had several funerals in our front yard one for a guy that died in our living room who I never seen before but new me, and my great great grandmother. my mother was about 5'5 and she always wore a long red flowered skirt with a white casual short sleeved nit shirt. A lady always came to our house to give my mom. Who had short hair a perm. A guy always came to our house to sell a big round flat carmel candy. A guy would pop popcorn my favorite food popcorn in old style carrying machine with a long black net and would bomb the popcorn. Mom had the sidewalk that connected to the front of the house made and painted orange in 1978. She said she was going to have the cieling lowered because I kept starring up at it looking at the log formation. My sister went to a all girls school with green plaid with a teacher that yelled all the time and was very strict, they would walk down in a single file line to go to town and I would give her a yellow plastic lunch bag when they walked by our house. A lady was staying in a disajoined part of house because her husband was bad to her so mom let her stay there, she'd give me kimbop and one time I ate three at once and got yelled at for it. I would eat moms tofu she put out. There was a grocery two small open korean grocery store one run by a 40 year old lady and the other store run by the a young guy who was in love with my sister who was about 12 years old at the time. There is a small mountain uphill a little ways behind house. People from the city often visted our house because it was korean custom house on stilts and they would often sell things. In the back of house mom let a few woman wash their clothes on a big round white cement with rocks and a water pump. She would make kimchee in the backyard with a relative. Everyone in the country nows me aqnd call me Sunny ( don't know spelling) and my mother was like I said 5'5" and medium boned she always wore a long skirt all the time in 1977 and 1978 when I was with her and she never looked pregnant but big boned during pregnancy. Like I said my sister was about 12. Brother about 6 always wore very short thin hair and my younger brother about 4 had thick black hair. We were all yellowish white since were not farmers. Family have big non surgical eyes and good cheekbones.
