I am looking for information on James Colahan who was an early settler of Rooks County, Kansas. He was born in 1864 in Ballinasloe, IR and came to US in 1882. He married Elizabeth Guerin and they settled near Plainville and had 11 (I believe) children. His brother, Thomas, may also have settled there. He moved to Hays later in life. His son, Jim, and Jim's wife, Sis, were long-time residents of Plainville. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
