I am searching for my birth mother. I was born in Orange County Memorial Hospital, Orlando Florida on September 29, 1973 via c-section. I was told my birth mother's name maybe Phoebe Stampnitsky and she was 15 years old when I was born. I am a blond haired, blue/green eyed female. I was 9 lbs. 4 oz. at birth and was born at 8:50 pm.
