I was born May 9, 1962 as William Dale Coffee/Coffey, unsure of the spelling, @ Blanchard Valley Hospital in Hancock County Ohio. I was adopted at the age of 6 months old in Hancock County. I am searching to find out a Family Medical History and would be interested in knowing the circumstances of my adoption.
