I am searching for birth parents- last name Moore, either Bullhead or Kingman AZ. area.My birth name was Noel Moore. I believe I have 4 or 5 siblings. I was born 1 month early on Nov. 25th 1978, adopted 1 month later to a couple in Lake Havasu City. My birth mom requested a home where education was stressed, both my adopted parents were teachers. I tried contacting my birth parents via a state agency 4 years ago but they denied contact.
