My name is Julio E. Batiz. I am looking for my birth mother Juana Irma Toro Maldonado. I was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico in 1953. My mother was 16 years old when she had me. I believe I also have a sister named Evelyn. I went to live with my father when I was 7 or 8 years old & never saw her again. My father's name was the same as mine. He passed away in 1994. We lived in San Juan PR. I was told that Irma may have moved to New York City, possibly to The Bronx. If you have any information about my mother, please contact me.
