I am the grand daughter of William Henry Blum (Wilhelm Henrich Blum), born 31 Mar 1875 in Vonhausen , Germany . His father was Johannes Blum IV, born 15 Oct 1836 in Vonhausen. His mother was Mary Speyer. At age 16, he immigrated to the United States of America on the ship Switzerland which departed from Antwerp , Belgium . His occupation on the ship manifest was baker. He arrived at Philadelphia , Pennsylvania on Dec 2, 1891. Later he moved to Belvidere , New Jersey where he married my grandmother, Wilhelmine Friedericke Gross about 1908. The Blums had five children, William Reuben, Robert Wycoff, Gloria Hutuka, Walter Warren and Helena Gladys. They are all deceased now. My father was Walter Warren Blum. I am looking for ancestors and descendents of this Blum family.
