Thomas Coggins (Coggans) was born in Screeb, County Galway, about 1830. he married Mary there about 1850, and they had a son Patrick born in 1851. They then emigrated to Norton, county Durham, England. They lived there the rest of their lives. I am trying to find out more about the earlier irish family..
