Hi I am Dolly(Dollie)Marie Parsons I'm searching for my daughter Justice Lynn Perry I believe she was adopted in Malad city, Idaho her birthday is 12/15/94 she was born in Pocatello, Idaho at Bannock Reginal Hospital, the adoption would have went through the Children's and youth office in Idaho starting with the office in Pocatello she was born with brown hair brown eyes I have baby photos. I also made a her a scrapbook and signed a wavier for it to be given to her. My rights were terminated in the best interest of the parent and child Judges ruling she could not wait for me to grow up and I needed to be able to do that. I appealed the case but the Public defender filed paperwork a day to late. we were placed in foster care together she was 1 year 6 months old at first we were split up she to a older couple me to a house for teenagers that last about two months the counselor there insisted the case worker do her job the placements were suppose to be temporary we were placed together I was removed from that house to another foster home for about another month and then we were placed together in two more homes last one being back in Pocatello Idaho were I attended the teen parent program we were separated the day my mother was to be released.
