Born at the LA County Hospital.Possible name Nona Owens Spence Babb Adoption was handled by County of Los Angeles Department of Adoptions / Walter A Heath, Director and David Charles Hensley, Attorney at Law. Mrs.Jeanne Shon is also a name on the paperwork for the Department of Adoptions, not sure if she ran the facility Baby Spence was placed in. Department of Charities / Bureau of Adoptions was also involved in the adoption. Mrs Agnes D McKay was the supervisor. Case worker was Kathryn Kawell. The following information was a hand-written note found along with the adoption papers that were given to me when I turned 21 years of age. Born Dec.29. 10:39 pm in LA. Weight 6lbs.14oz 20 1/2" long.
