either my birth mother or father. I have reason to believe my birth father is deceased, however, I would like to find his family. I was told that my birth mother was Italian and my birth father was black. I was born on Sept. 2, 1970, at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. I was told that I was sent next door to the Catholic Charities Home for Wayward Mothers (or girls, women...) It was a closed adoption and neither biological parents' names appeared on the original birth cert. I only saw it once. I believe I was given the last name of the attending doctor, Zanin. I was called Jennifer at the home for wayward mothers. I was adopted at 11 months and brought to the north east. I believe I was born early in the morning and weighed a little over 6 lbs. I do not believe my biologicals were married to each other. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
