I am a 22 year old female looking for my birth mother and father or anyone who may know anything about my history. I was told by my adoptive mother and grandmother that my name was Sara Rowdabush when I was born, and then they changed it to Kathleen Howland. I was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1987 in Washington County Hospital. The judge who presided during my adoption was found to not ever have been in existance, and I also found out my adoption was illegal.
